Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have two younger siblings, Anna and Kyle. Anna will be a freshman next year and is very involved in ballet and dance. Kyle will be in sixth grade next year; he plays baseball for Devine as well as football and basketball for Buford. My parents are Jennifer and Justin. They recently celebrated their 21st anniversary.
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to attend the University of Georgia to pursue a degree in data science and/or business. I am still undecided as far as what career path I want to take after college.
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Two of my favorite restaurants in Buford are Rico’s and Taquito Potosino.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would travel to somewhere in the Mediterranean because of the great food, history, and scenery.
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
One of my favorite movies is Napoleon Dynamite, and my favorite TV show is Breaking Bad.
If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
My advice would be to prioritize consistency. I don’t think success always comes from doing extraordinary things. Often, showing up day after day and taking pride in the little things is what eventually culminates in big achievements. Focus on being consistently good instead of occasionally great.
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
I would want to be cast in Peaky Blinders.
If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
I would have lunch with my Nana because she is the easiest to talk to out of everyone I know. We would meet at Rico’s.
What is your favorite thing about our community?
My favorite thing about Buford is the school system. There are not many other schools in Georgia that are as well rounded in academics, athletics, and arts as Buford is.
Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
I see myself doing something I am passionate about and starting a family.
What is something on your bucket list?
One thing on my bucket list is to run a sub-3 hour marathon.
What is your go to band / singer when you can’t decide what to listen to?

October, Christmas, and July 4th.
What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
I would rate warm chocolate chip cookies with milk a 10 out of 10.
Who inspires you to be better?
There’s lots of people that inspire me to be better, but I think my grandparents are at the top of the list. Making them proud brings me a lot of joy.
